Matt first began his career at Ventry in 2019 – when he was a Senior at Boston University studying Public Relations and Public Policy. After graduating from BU, he took a full time job at the MBTA as a PMO Analyst. While there he worked on a variety of projects including modernizing the hiring process, implementing Paid Family Leave (PFML), and several others related to learning and development, cost control initiatives, and COVID-19 response. Before he interned for Ventry, Matt worked on Governor Baker’s 2018 re-election campaign and the 2019 Baker-Polito Inaugural Committee as a staffer on the fundraising and events team.
